Postdoctoral Researcher - Resilience
Digital Good Network
Danielle Paddock is a postdoctoral researcher in resilience as part of the Digital Good Network. Working with the Resilience Challenge Leader, Professor Abigail Millings, her research explores the role of digital technologies on close relationships.
Danielle is also a Research Associate in the Centre for Behavioural Science and Applied Psychology at Sheffield Hallam University. She specialises in cyberpsychology, and her research adopts a mixed methods approach to understand the risks and opportunities afforded by digital technologies particularly in relation to adolescent development including identity development, peer relationships and general wellbeing and mental health. She has experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating psychological and behaviour change interventions working closely
with local authorities and funders such as the Department of Education. Danielle is also a committee member on the British Psychological Society’s Cyberpsychology Section.
